The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that works directly with the nervous system to release stored tension, stress, and blockages. Every experience we’ve ever had—physical injuries, emotional traumas, or unresolved stress—is stored within the body. Over time, this creates patterns of tension that interrupt the natural flow of energy and can manifest as pain, fatigue, or dis-ease.
Spinal Flow identifies and works with these areas of tension, known as “spinal gateways,” and helps the body return to its natural state of balance. By engaging the nervous system in a safe and supported way, the body is invited to release stress and return to its original blueprint of health and vitality.

Spinal Flow Technique uses 33 access points, found mostly in the sacrum, coccyx and cranium. Any one or more of these points are accessed during a session to generate the spinal wave to create relief and integration within the nervous system to bring it back to center and promote an overall sense of wholeness and wellbeing.
Spinal Flow Technique focuses on the long term improvement and function rather than a quick fix approach. We do this by encouraging your body to get to the origin of your blockages and symptoms in a way that is gentle and not overwhelming to your system, enabling it to create a new path of vitality and health.
