Due to the weather and rains at OCP, along with the rise in mosquitos, we’re bringing the Sound Bath experience into the yoga studio. You’ll still be fully immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes in a serene and cozy space.

Join us inside the yoga studio at Oak Creek Preserve for a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Instead of floating under the open sky, you’ll be held in the warmth of the studio space, surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle soundscapes.
As we step into fall this month, this is a perfect time to release what no longer serves you and welcome the grounding energy of the new season. Allow the sounds to guide you inward—helping you soften, surrender, and reconnect with stillness.
